Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Z-EDGE account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
